let your masks fall.
Your inauthentic life keeps you trapped in a world of entanglements.
Start with honesty towards yourself, only then you can lead an authentic life.
It serves no one if you conform and disguise yourself.
It only leads to the fact that your fellow men adapt to you and consolidate this superficial life.
Set a starting impulse by saying once what you really think and not what you think your counterpart wants to hear.
However, never be hurtful or attacking.
It is your birthright to show yourself as you are.
Do not be afraid, because with an open heart and a pure mind you will not make wrong decisions.
Feel carefully. If what you want to say feels insignificant or wrong, don’t say it.
Instead, take two breaths and remember what you really want to say.
You are steering yourself, and therefore the whole world, in a good direction.
You have more influence on your world than you think possible.
Switch your mind. From separation to unity.
Then you are the center of the universe.

Dein unauthentisches Leben hält Dich in einer Welt aus Verstrickungen gefangen.
Beginne mit Ehrlichkeit Dir selbst gegenüber, nur dann kannst Du ein authentisches Leben führen.
Es dient niemanden, wenn Du Dich anpasst und verstellst.
Es führt nur dazu, dass sich Deine Mitmenschen Dir anpassen und dieses oberflächliche Dahinleben festigen.
Setze einen Startimpuls indem Du einmal sagst, was du Dir wirklich denkst und nicht was Du denkst, das Dein Gegenüber hören will.
Sei jedoch nie verletzend oder angriffig.
Es ist Dein Geburtsrecht Dich zu zeigen wie Du bist.
Habe keine Angst, denn mit einem offenen Herzen und einem reinen Geist triffst Du keine falschen Entscheidungen.
Fühle genau hin. Wenn sich das, was Du sagen willst, unerheblich oder falsch anfühlt, dann sage es nicht.
Nimm stattdessen zwei Atemzüge und erinnere Dich, was Du wirklich sagen willst.
Du lenkst Dich selbst und damit die ganze Welt in eine gute Richtung.
Du hast mehr Einfluss auf Deine Welt als Du es für möglich hältst.
Schalte im Geiste um. Von Trennung auf Einheit.
Dann bist Du der Mittelpunkt des Universums.
