Allow yourself to fall out of character.
When you stop reciting the rehearsed lyrics everyone expects you to say, your play of life feels alive.
It takes great courage and presence in the beginning, and it can put you in situations that feel uncomfortable.
But this will wake you up from the dream and remind you of your original intention.
You may have to overcome an initial drowsiness that you feel.
But the feeling of doing what you wanted to do outweighs any discomfort.
When you become aware of your role assigned by ME in the game of life, you can accept it with joy and ease.
Like an iridescent rainbow fish that generously gives away its colorful scales and becomes a friend to all.
The fear of exclusion and loneliness disappears and you feel one with life.
You enjoy the great game by yourself, for yourself.
Everything is one. Be certain.
This is love.

Lieber Mensch,
erlaube Dir aus der Rolle zu fallen.
Wenn Du aufhörst, die geprobten Texte aufzusagen, die alle von Dir erwarten, fühlt sich Dein Stück des Lebens lebendig an.
Es erfordert am Beginn großen Mut und Präsenz und es kann Dich in Situationen bringen, die sich unangenehm anfühlen.
Doch dies wird Dich aus dem Traum aufwecken und Dich an Deine ursprüngliche Intention erinnern.
Du musst vielleicht eine anfänglich gefühlte Schläfrigkeit überwinden.
Doch das Gefühl zu tun, was Du eigentlich wolltest, wiegt alle Unbequemlichkeit auf.
Wenn Du Dir Deiner von MIR zugeteilten Rolle im Spiel des Lebens bewusst wirst, kann Du sie mit Freude und Leichtigkeit annehmen.
Wie ein schillernder Regenbogenfisch, der großzügig seine bunten Schuppen verschenkt und allen zum Freund wird.
Die Angst vor Ausgrenzung und Einsamkeit erlischt und Du fühlst Dich eins mit dem Leben.
Du erfreust Dich am großen Spiel durch Dich selbst, für Dich selbst.
Alles ist eins. Sei gewiss.
