Dear human being,
I dictate and you execute, how could it ever be otherwise?
Your body is the means of expression of my life.
It is about life.
In your vehicle, the body, you live through everything what is necessary for your learning.
Do not resist it.
Looking enviously or disparagingly at other bodies is not helpful to you.
Concentrate on your own body and connect spiritually with it in the living moment.
That is integrated life.
Everything else is splitting off and separation from ME.
This separation sometimes causes hellish agony, but it is self-made.
Let go of your thoughts and listen to what I tell you.
You are one and you are free.

ICH diktiere und Du führst aus, wie könnte es je anders sein?
Dein Körper ist Mittel des Ausdrucks meines Lebens.
Es geht um das Leben.
In Deinem Vehikel, dem Körper, durchlebst Du alles, was für Dein Lernen nötig ist.
Wehre Dich nicht dagegen.
Neidvoll oder abschätzig auf andere Körper zu blicken ist Dir nicht hilfreich.
Konzentriere dich auf Deinen eigenen Körper und verbinde Dich geistig mit ihm im lebendigen Augenblick.
Das ist integriertes Leben.
Alles andere ist Abspaltung und Trennung von MIR.
Diese Trennung verursacht bisweilen Höllenqualen, doch sie ist selbst gemacht.
Lasse Deine Gedanken los und höre was ICH Dir sage.
Du bist eins und Du bist frei.
