Dance is non-verbal communication and therefore open, transparent, light and alert.
Communication is the art of building community through your expression.
If you are not aware of what you are communicating, you will always feel misunderstood or left out.
Reactive speaking does not lead you to your goal.
If you want to understand, stop and listen.
If you want to be understood, stop and only then speak.
Don’t waste time with people who don’t want to listen.
Don’t waste your fellow human beings’ time by not listening.
You can only dance if you listen.

Kampf ist Selbstausdruck, der einen Gegner braucht.
Tanz ist Selbstausdruck, der keinen Gegner kennt.
Tanz ist nonverbale Kommunikation und deshalb offen, transparent, licht und wach.
Kommunikation ist die Kunst über Deinen Ausdruck Gemeinschaft zu bilden.
Wenn Dir nicht bewusst ist, was Du kommunizierst, wirst Du Dich immer missverstanden oder ausgeschlossen fühlen.
Reaktives Reden führt Dich nicht zu Deinem Ziel.
Wenn Du verstehen willst, halte inne und höre zu.
Wenn Du verstanden werden willst, halte inne und dann erst spreche.
Verschwende keine Zeit mit Menschen, die nicht zuhören wollen.
Verschwende nicht die Zeit Deiner Mitmenschen, indem Du nicht zuhören willst.
Tanzen kannst Du nur wenn Du zuhörst.
